PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate visual inspection of an object's state by maintaining a posture of a monitoring part linked with rotation of a camera part in the case of changing a photographic direction by rotating the camera part to a main body part while photographing the front direction with a video camera. SOLUTION: When the camera part 20 is rotated with respect to the main body part 10, a relay gear 44 to be engaged into a gear 42 of a plate gear 41 rotates in the direction same as that of the camera 20 and a slide gear 47 rotates in the reverse direction. The rotation is transmitted to a monitoring holder 28 via a monitoring shaft 54 and the monitoring part 30 rotates in the direction reverse to that of the camera part 20. In this case, when gear ratio of each gear is set so that a rotation angle of the camera part 20 and a rotation angle of the monitoring part 30 become the same, the monitoring part 30 does not rotate even when the camera part 20 is rotated and the same posture is maintained.
