PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts to lower costs, thereby downsizing a remote-control receiving device. SOLUTION: Covers are united which have been provided in a light-receiving unit 2 for receiving signals from a remote controller and in an LED 3 for displaying the state of a device by the emission of light, respectively. Knurls are formed on the outside end face a of the united light-receiving/LED cover 6, while the inside end face is formed in a slant face b.
