PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay circuit device in which the number of members and the number of connection points between the members are reduced, and in which reduction of a manufacturing cost is possible by simplification of manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A cabling member group 3 is composed of a plurality of metal plate shape cabling members, and the common base plate is formed by carrying out a resin molding at a prescribed portion of this cabling member group 3. By appropriately cutting the external tie bar 301 and the internal tie bar 303 of the cabling member group 3, change of circuits is made possible by making cabling pattern of the cabling member group 3 free.
