PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data writing method and data writing system for facilitating post verification whether a writing procedure presents no problem, in a system for writing corrective data to an ECU in consideration of individual unevenness of an on-vehicle actuator. SOLUTION: In the data writing system 1, historical information, in addition to the corrective data of an injector 20, for specifying the replacing timing is stored in a database 12. When a problem arises in an operation of the injector 20 in a market, the corrective data and the historical information are displayed and checked, thereby specifying when the problem arises. As a result, resolution of causes or the like, for example whether the operation such as the writing procedure of the corrective data presents no problem or which operation rises if the problem arises, is performed smoothly, appropriate measures after that are performed rapidly, and a locus of the responsibility can be clarified.
