PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnostic device capable of reducing a labor required for decomposition or assembly of a device by detecting a fault on a rotor or a sliding member of the mechanical device without decomposing the mechanical device, and preventing a damage of the rotor or the sliding member resulting from decomposition or assembly, and an inspection device of the rotor or the sliding member capable of discovering even a defect having a possibility of being overlooked in visual inspection. SOLUTION: This abnormality diagnostic device of the mechanical device is characterized by being equipped with a detection processing part fixed by a bolt screwed on a housing for supporting a rotary part of the mechanical device and having a detector for outputting a signal generated from the rotary part as an electric signal, an operation processing part for performing abnormality diagnosis of the mechanical device based on the output from the detection processing part, and a control processing part for performing feedback of a control signal to a control system of the mechanical device based on the result of the abnormality diagnosis.
