PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for a car audio and a car audio visual system capable of easily connecting a genuine video and audio device with a non-genuine audio device. SOLUTION: An input connector 10 for the adapter for the car audio 1 is of a DIN structure, provided at one end side of cables 31, 32. Output connectors 21 21, 22 are of a single-pin structure, provided at the other end side of the cables 31, 32. The car audio visual system includes the adapter for the car audio 1, a video audio device 5 and an audio device 6. An audio output connector 51 of the video audio device 5 is of a DIN 8-pin structure. An audio input connector 61 of the audio device 6 is of a single-pin structure. The adapter for car audio 1 has its input connector 10 connected to the audio output connector 51 of the video audio device 5 and its output connectors 21, 22 connected to the audio input connector 61 of the audio device 6.
