PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film magnetic substance storage device stably operating by suppressing the influence of magnetic noise from a power source wiring and grounding wiring. SOLUTION: The main power source wiring PLma arranged for the purpose of supplying the power from one side (first direction) of memory areas 55a, 55b and the main grounding wiring GLmb, and the main power source wiring PLmb arranged for the purpose of supplying the power from the other side (second direction opposite to the first direction) of the memory areas 55a, 55b and the main grounding wiring GLma are provided along the columnar direction. A bit line driver prepared at the one side receives the power supply from the one side, and a bit line driver prepared at the other side receives the power supply from the another side.
