ABNORMAL CONDITION MONITORING METHOD AND SYSTEM OF SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL STORAGE VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring spent nuclear fuel storage vessel for a long period. SOLUTION: A state sensor 20 is provided to a spent nuclear fuel storage vessel 40 contained in a storage room 12. A data acquisition part 30 is provided to the outside of the storage room 12. As the spent nuclear fuel storage vessel 40 is heated by the decay heat of the spent fuel, the state sensor 20 arranged in the spent nuclear fuel storage vessel 40 senses the heat and generates electric power. At this moment the state sensor 20 measure the state of the spent nuclear fuel storage vessel 40 . The measured data is output to the data acquisition part 30.
