PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly mix and agitate mixing agitation with a solidifying agent regardless of a flow rate by selecting weak soil. SOLUTION: This soil mixing and conditioning machine is composed of a sieve 2 for removing foreign matter by selecting a raw material by vibrating operation, a solidifying material supply device 4 for adding a solidifying material to the selected raw material, a mixing agitating device 5 for rotating, agitating and mixing the solidifying material-added raw material by a mixing agitating blade, a cracking machine 6 for cracking the mixed-agitated raw material, and a belt conveyor 3 for transferring the raw material between these members. An opening-closing door body 100 is arranged on the discharge side of the mixing agitating device 5 for staying and uniformly mixing-agitating the raw material transferred to the mixing agitating device 5 of this soil mixing and conditioning machine.
