PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system for a vestibule key through a network, and a picking preventive system for the operation system capable of positively preventing picking through the network. SOLUTION: A control part 8 for controlling a driving part 5 for the vestibule key 6 by a control signal sent through the network is provided with a picking preventive circuit 3 for allowing the vestibule key 6 to be closed by allowing a signal for closing the vestibule key 6, to pass through if the vestibule key 6 is open but refusing to open the vestibule key 6 by not allowing a signal for opening the vestibule key 6, to pass through if the vestibule key 6 is closed.
