PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the aligning in pasting between an indication sheet and an electroformed index on a transfer sheet in a short time. SOLUTION: In an electroformed index transfer sheet 80 in which an index 83a formed by electroforming is pasted on a sheet 84 and is transferred to an indication sheet blank, an electroforming mark 85 for aligning with the indication sheet blank is provided so as to be pasted on the transfer sheet 84, further, the shape of the confronted inner sides of a pair of reinforcing frames 83c1 and 83c2 formed by electroforming which are provided so as to be pasted on both the sides of the electroformed index 83a so as to be confronted is made into the one forming an octagon or the one forming a barrel shape with the electroformed index interposed.
