PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced ethylene-α-olefine copolymer rubber composite material with remarkably enhanced breaking strength, 10% modulus and storage modulus by finely dispersing an exfoliated organic-modified layered clay mineral into an ethylene-α-olefine copolymer rubber matrix and stabilizing it. SOLUTION: This ethylene-α-olefine copolymer rubber composite material comprises an organic-modified layered clay mineral in the interlayer of which an organic substance with an onium ion is inserted, an ethylene-α-olefine copolymer rubber and an epoxy resin, wherein the organic-modified layered clay mineral is exfoliated and finely dispersed.
