PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment liquid supply device which can simply supply a treatment liquid such as a rust preventive to an internal liquid flow path formed in a mold and is small-sized and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The treatment liquid supply device 1 is composed of an ejection port receiving part 4 which can be contacted with the ejection port of a compressed gas supply means 100 in an approximate adhesion state, a mold connection part 5 which can be inserted into the opening of the liquid flow path 51 in the mold, a liquid storage tool connection part 6, a communicating conduit 7, a liquid supply passage 8, and a liquid storage tool 3. The mold connection part 5 is inserted into the opening 52 of the liquid flow path 51, and the ejection nozzle tip part 101 of the compressed gas supply means 100 is contacted with the ejection port receiving part 4.
