PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding provided with a function capable of preventing electromagnetic waves from affecting a human body during sleeping. SOLUTION: The bedding is constituted by multilayering an electromagnetic wave prevention sheet 4 and an inner sheet 6 containing bamboo charcoal and/or charcoal. The electromagnetic wave prevention sheet 4 consists of metal-plated fiber. The ratio of the bamboo charcoal to the charcoal in the inner sheet 6 is defined as 4:1. A sheet 3 consisting of a nonwoven fabric, the electromagnetic wave prevention sheet 4, a silk sheet 5, the inner sheet 6, a cushion material layer 7 and a sheet 8 consisting of a nonwoven fabric are multilayered in this order, and they are wrapped with a cover sheet 2, thereby forming the bedding.
