<p>The preferred variant of the inventive method consists in transporting a caisson (10) which comprises a water filled chamber (11) at an ambient pressure near to an immersed container (21), connecting said chamber (11) to the container (21) by means of a first conduit (50), connecting the container (21) to a water surface by means of a second conduit (60), generating by electrolysis a gas in the chamber (11) from the water contained therein in such away that an overpressure is produced and pushes out the water from the chamber (11) to the container by means of the first conduit (50) and in extracting a fluid material which is pushed out with the water from the chamber (11) at the output of the second conduit (60).</p> |
