PURPOSE: A differential pinion with a groove bore is provided to lubricate a pinion gear conveniently, to extend the life span, to discharge particles or pollutants from the contact surface, and to transfer heat efficiently by forming lands and grooves. CONSTITUTION: A gear assembly(130) comprises an input member(132), a first output member(148), a second output member(158), plural stub shafts(144), and plural gears(146) arranged in the stub shafts and driven by the input member to drive the first output member and the second member. Lands and grooves are arranged alternately in a penetration passage, and the penetration passage is restricted by the gear. The gear is net-formed of powdered metal, and the lands and the grooves are extended axially or helically along the passage.
