PURPOSE: An advertising service system where advertising contents selected by an originator are transmitted before calling a receiver is provided to display a CID(Caller Identification) number of an originator on a terminal of a receiver, and to transmit an advertisement selected by the originator, thereby discounting telephone charges of the originator. CONSTITUTION: If an originator selects advertising contents stored in an originator terminal(S101) before calling a receiver, inputs a receiver call number, and presses a send button, the originator connects with a service system(S102). The service system(S102) receives a call number of the originator terminal(S101), the receiver call number, and advertising contents information to decide whether a subscriber is registered. If so, the service system(S102) retrieves the advertising contents information selected by the subscriber from a DB, and transmits the retrieved advertising contents to a receiver terminal(S104). The receiver receives the advertising contents, and calls the originator by pressing a send button.
