PURPOSE: A method for supplying an information service while receiving a voice by using a CID(Caller Identification Display) function, a device and a system therefor are provided to display information on a caller by using an address book stored in an information service supply device except a portable terminal, thereby easily managing the address book for displaying a CID. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber(410) selects a kind of information to be displayed in a self portable terminal, and registers the information in an information service supply device(350)(S30). General information selected by the subscriber(410) is continuously updated in a DB of the supply device(350) by another information provider(S31). A calling subscriber attempts calling by using a calling terminal(100)(S32). A mobile communication network(200) inquires of the supply device(350) about information selected by the called subscriber(410)(S33). The supply device(350) transmits a response to the information(S34). The mobile communication network(200) transmits the selected information with a telephone call attempt signal(S35).
