<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid delivery pump in which the flow-out of the fluid from a nozzle head or the deterioration of the fluid in the nozzle head is prevented with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid delivery pump is provided with a flow-in valve mechanism and a flow-out valve mechanism. The flow-out valve mechanism is constituted of a flow-out valve member 60, a supporting member 70 and a spring 80. A columnar valve supporting part 62 in the flow-out valve member 60 is inserted into a columnar connection part 71 in the supporting member 70 and a spring 80 for pressing the flow-out valve member 60 toward a valve seat 23 formed in a discharge part 21 is disposed in the valve body supporting part 62 and the inside of the connection part 71. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
