<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf tee capable of smoothly performing the rapid slide of a ball placing part. <P>SOLUTION: The golf tee is provided with a piercing part 20 to a ground surface, the ball mounting part 30 whose entire shape is roughly cylindrical, provided on the upper part of the piercing part 20, and a flexible connecting member 40 with a flange 43 for connecting the ball mounting part 30 and the piercing part 20. An insertion hole 33 for the connecting member 40 and a step part 34 which can be abutted to the flange part 43 are formed at the bottom part of the ball mounting part 30 and the ball mounting part 30 is slidable along the connecting member 40.
