PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sample suction device capable of sucking a liquid sample low in viscosity under a proper condition by a suction pump having relatively high output. SOLUTION: In this liquid sample suction device equipped with a flow channel 30 and the suction pump 40 both of which are adapted to the suction of the liquid sample 10, a control valve 50 for closing and opening the flow channel, a sensor 60 for detecting the difference pressure between the inside and outside of the flow channel and the control means 80 for controlling them, the control means controls the control valve corresponding to the difference pressure detected by the sensor. When the liquid sample is sucked, the control valve is closed (S19) at a time when the difference pressure exceeds a predetermined value A (S18) so as to make the difference pressure almost constant and, when the difference pressure lowers to the predetermined value A, the control valve is instantaneously opened and closed (S20, S16, S18, S19).
