PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized electroacoustic transducer capable of outputting a large sound volume and providing excellent assembling performance. SOLUTION: A vibration-generating driving source 3 of the electroacoustic transducer 1 in a first embodiment comprises: magnets 7 placed on the rear side of a diaphragm 2; and first and second coils 4, 6 wound on each magnet 7 at a prescribed gap, and the first coils 4 are fixed to the rear side of the diaphragm 2, each of the second coils 6 is stacked and fixed to a lower part of each first coil 4 via a spacer 5 with a prescribed thickness, a gap of a prescribed size is formed between a base 10 placed on the side of the electroacoustic transducer 1 opposed to the rear side of the diaphragm 2 and the lower side of the second coils 2, and when powers are applied to the first and second coils 4, 6, the diaphragm 2 vibrates in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the diaphragm 2.
