PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate for a thermoelectric conversion module having thin electrodes without peeling off between the ceramic substrate and a metallized layer. SOLUTION: The ceramic substrate for a thermoelectric conversion module includes a plurality of independent electrodes 2, to which a thermoelectric element 4 is fixed to one principal surface of the ceramic substrate 1. In this ceramic substrate, the electrodes 2 are each formed by laminating the metal layer on the metallized layer 2a having the thickness of 2 to 5μm in which the front surface is blast polished.
