PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a threshold for measuring performance in execution of a software application to detect fluctuation of a measured value. SOLUTION: Measured value groups measured in the past are collected, the desired measured value group is selected by a parameter out of the collected measured value groups, the threshold for detecting the performance measurement and the fluctuation of the measured value is automatically determined to be regulatable, based on the selected measured value group, and the threshold is set, automatically.
