Measurement arrangement for measurement of the radiation incident on workpieces has a housing containing a sensors and a power supply. The measurement arrangement comprises a model with an identical shape to that of the workpiece for which incident radiation is being measured. The sensors (2a, 2b, 2c) are integrated in the surfaces (1a, 1b) of the measurement arrangement and measure radiation (6a, 7a) from the radiation sources.
