The system has sensing devices (11) attached to traffic control systems to detect a vehicle, people or data, and capture and transmit a signal to a programmable logic controller (PLC). A computer (14) and a processor receive orders of the sensing devices to process received information and sends orders to coordinate traffic signals (9) that are turned on based with red light (1), amber light (2) or green light (3). The sensing devices grasp presence of a vehicle or people in a particular area and transmit information to a controller.
