摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real time detection method of solid tumor tissues and a method by which tumor tissues are rated and characterized, a method of real time mapping the function and malfunction cerebral cortex and nervous tissues, and further an apparatus performing real time detection and optical imaging to these methods. <P>SOLUTION: An attention section is irradiated with a high strength electromagnetic radiation comprising the wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation absorbed by a dye and a video signal of the attention section is obtained as a normalized control image. A normalized control frame is obtained by processing this normalized control image, the dye is introduced by bolus infusion into a vein circulating through the attention section and a series of next frames of the attention section are obtained in relation to time as a following image. Each of the following images is processed as the following frame, a series of differential images are obtained by comparing each of the following frame rows and the processed normalized control frame, and by comparing each of the differential images as an early evidence of variation absorption within the attention section which is the profile of the solid tumor tissues, the tumor tissues can absorb the dye more quickly as the normal tissues cannot quickly clear the expansion blood vessel and dyestuff of the solid nervous tissues. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
