<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate part of data to an area and later perform replacement of data even if the area for carrying the data is limited and the data to be allocated to the area is too much to be stored therein. <P>SOLUTION: An identifier indicating an area to which a data allocation destination belongs and a record having the number of allocation destination are added to a first table concerning the respective allocation destinations. A data identifier, an identifier indicating an area to which the allocation destination belongs, and a record having an allocation destination number of the allocation destination and a record serial number for identifying the data to be allocated to the area are added to a second table concerning the data allocated to the area.
