<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof protection structure of a wire connection part with sealing reliability enhanced while aiming at reduction of material cost by reduction in weight of a sealing material and improvement of workability by weight saving. <P>SOLUTION: Notched parts 12A, 12B, constituting electric wire draw-out holes 12 when case half bodies 10A, 10B are fitted to each other, are formed at the fitting part of peripheral walls 11A, 11B of a pair of case half bodies 10A, 10B constituting a resin case 10 to be fitted to each other; and concave grooves 14A, 14B, forming a space 14 for filling a sealant continuously surrounding the whole periphery of the peripheral walls 11A, 11B when the case half bodies 10A, 10B are fitted to each other, are formed at fitted end surfaces 13A, 13B of the peripheral walls 11A, 11B and at inner-periphery end surfaces of the notched parts 12A, 12B. The sealant is filled in a sealant filling space 14 and hardened after housing a wire connection part 25 in an inside space formed when the case half bodies 10A, 10B are fitted to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
