<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which ensures electrical continuity between a casing and a shield plate, and prevents leakage of high-frequency noise generated from a circuit board to the outside of the casing. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: the conductive casing 3 used for housing the circuit board 24 and having a bottom case 4 and a top cover 5; a keyboard mounting hole 7 formed in the top cover of the casing; a conductive plate 164 formed in the keyboard mounting hole and electrically connected to the casing; and a keyboard 165 detachably installed in the keyboard mounting hole and having the shield plate 170 on its back surface.
