<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a remote status monitoring system that can surely perform remote monitoring by surely obtaining data at a minimum cost in DSS operation. <P>SOLUTION: The remote status monitoring system comprises a monitor signal detecting sensor 3 detecting the monitor signal of a rotary machine 2, a filed monitoring device 5 measuring the monitor signal from the detecting sensor 3 to monitor the operation state of the rotary machine 2 based on this measured monitor signal and a decision value, and a monitoring server 7 receiving the monitor signal measured from the filed monitoring device 5 via a public line 6. The filed monitoring device 5 has a CPU 51 and a plurality of decision values classified corresponding to the degrees of abnormalities; transmits emergency alarms to the monitoring server 7 when it compares the measured monitor signals with a plurality of decision values by the CPU 51 and the measured monitor signals exceed a maximum value of a plurality of decision values; controls the transmitting interval of the measured monitor signals to the monitoring server 7 based on the compared results by a plurality of decision values. Consequently, the weak point is resolved, which is caused from the lack of a quality appearance as a clock dial due to the unsharpened top ends on the recess of the clock dial when producing the clock dial with a surface having formed uneven shaped patterns by injection molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
