<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for allowing a home care supporter side to realize remote home care while communicating with a home care receiver through a wide area network without bothering the hand of the home care receiver in an arbitrary time without forcing the home care receiver to always connect his or her personal computer to the wide area network. <P>SOLUTION: In the home care remote support system in which a host personal computer or the terminal equipment of a traveling object used by a home care supporter is connected through a wide area network to a client personal computer used by a home care receiver.
