POSITION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, POSITION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND MOBILE TERMINAL AND LOCAL HOME AGENT OF POSITION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position information management system whereby a local home agent can authenticate a mobile terminal when the mobile terminal informs the local home agent about position information without the need for setting of a key to the mobile terminal and the local home agent in advance and for provision of any particular apparatus to a mobile object IP network.

SOLUTION: The local home agent dynamically generates two keys on the basis of a message transmitted from the mobile terminal to the local home agent by using two different routes one of which passes through a home agent and the other of which does not pass through the home agent, and the local home agent informs the mobile terminal about the keys by using the two different routes, the mobile terminal and the local home agent dynamically generate authentication information including the two keys, and the local home agent authenticates the mobile terminal on the basis of the authentication information.
