POSITION MANAGEMENT METHOD OF MOBILE TERMINAL, MOBILE ROUTER, AND HOME AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a communication path between both terminals while relieving a position management load of a home agent for managing the position information of a mobile network when the mobile terminal under the management of the hierarchical mobile network makes IP packet communication with the communication opposite terminal.

SOLUTION: The home agent 11-1 for managing a position of a highest-order mobile router in the hierarchical mobile network 20 and the home agent for managing a position of a mobile router installed in the mobile network being a position management object, which form two hierarchical layers, manage a position of each mobile network in the hierarchical mobile network 20.
