PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein superconductivity used in a carrier mechanism requires much electric power for exciting or cooling, which causes increases in equipment cost and running cost. SOLUTION: This carrier system comprises a seesaw which is installed on a movable body, with permanent magnets arranged at prescribed positions on the identical pole surface and which includes the permanent magnets, disposed on a repulsion surface at asynchronous opposing intervals so as to face the magnets along a movable-body passage. Reciprocating operations are repeated intermittently by means of repeated movement of the seesaw by a crank mechanism, thus realizing stable propulsive forces and floating traveling, by fitting a propulsive mechanism on a movable-body lower portion.
