PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sealant film with a high transparency. SOLUTION: The laminated sealant film [1] comprises at least two layers of a layer consisting of an ethylene resin (A) and a layer consisting of a crystalline thermoplastic resin (B) with a higher melting peak temperature than that of the ethylene resin (A) and is uniaxially oriented. A method for manufacturing the laminated sealant film [2] comprises uniaxial orientation of a laminated film comprising at least two layers of the layer consisting of the ethylene resin (A) and the layer consisting of the crystalline thermoplastic resin (B) with a higher melting peak temperature than that of the ethylene resin (A) at the melting peak temperature or higher of the ethylene resin (A) and at the melting peak temperature or lower of the crystalline thermoplastic resin (B).
