摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call-back management system capable of reducing communication costs. SOLUTION: This call-back management system has following features. A PBX on a calling side is provided with a transmission means for transmitting a call-back request including the information of calling to the PBX on a called side present outside a present country through a communication network other than a telephone line, and the PBX on the called side which receives the call-back request is provided with a second determination means for determining whether or not a telephone set on the called side is capable of call-back on the basis of the call-back request. The PBX on the called side is provided with a response means for transmitting a call-back impossibility response from the PBX on the called side to the PBX on the calling side through the communication network other than the telephone line in the case of determining that the telephone set on the called side is not capable of call-back, and the PBX on the calling side is provided with a reception means for receiving the call-back impossibility response from the called side PBX.
