PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stop and restart control device for a vehicle natural and easy to use with wide versatility with the ability to accurately reflect a road situation such as traffic congestion, a driving situation such as garaging and a driver's preference in automatic stop and restart control of an engine. SOLUTION: An idling stop control device 30 determines whether predetermined engine automatic stop conditions for automatically stopping the engine 1 is determined, based on each information.
