PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bad influence from being imparted to a quality or the like of a fine particle material by friction heat generated at stirring/mixing of the fine particle material. SOLUTION: In the mixing apparatus, a mixing container is formed so as to be separable into an upper container and a lower container. The lower container is provided with a bowl-like outer container supported to a base; and a bowl-like inner container removably arranged in the outer container in the state that a predetermined gap is provided on the inner peripheral surface. A void is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the outer container and the inner container and a cooling medium such as cooling water or the like is circulated, if necessary, to this void.
