PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To trace a call relationship in execution of an application constituted of a plurality of software components. SOLUTION: In the software component executed in a data processing system, an identifier in the start of processing, an identifier in the finish of the processing, a component name and a method name are automatically recorded when starting the processing and finishing the processing in the software component, and the call relationship of the executed software component is traced based on a record recorded therein.
