PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit house facilitating repair work and its manufacturing method capable of efficiently manufacturing the unit house in the unit house constituted so as to enable it to movably set and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The unit house 1 equipped with a washing implement is so constituted that it can be movably installed, and it comprises a washing implement unit 3 making reuse of water purifying soil water of the washing implement and a housing 2 formed as a separate unit from the washing implement unit 3, at the same time, detachably formed in the washing implement unit 3 and covering the washing implement unit 3.
