PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pill-removing tool not requiring not only an inner blade and an outer blade but also a motor, a battery or the like, having a simple structure, composed of a small number of parts, highly safe in use, entirely causing no trouble, facilitating the taking out of the pill, and produceable by a reduced production cost. SOLUTION: A container body in a semicircular arc shape has a rectangular opening at the center part at the lower side. A pill-storing container is held in the container body so as to be turnable, and an engaging protruded row is formed in the longitudinal direction on the center part of the outer periphery of the pill-storing container so as to be protruded from a lower side opening part of the container body. A hard tilted pile group tilted in the upper direction is fixed to the upper half part of the one side of the outer periphery of the engaging protruded row. An arc-shaped pressurizing member urged in the pill-storing container side is installed in one space part between the container body and the pill-storing container, and the hard tilted pile group tilted in the upper side direction is fixed to the inner surface of the pressurizing member.
