PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly maintain transmission torque of a torque roller 233 and disconnect transmission power. SOLUTION: This torque limiter is provided with an outer case 230, a torque plate 234 for arranging the torque roller 233, and an inner plate 235 and an outer plate 236 for holding the torque roller 233 on the torque plate 234. The inner plate 235, the torque plate 234, and the outer plate 236 are inserted into the outer case 230. The inner plate 235 is engaged with a transmission shaft 125, and the outer plate 236 is engaged with the outer case 230, so that the torque roller 233 is rolled to generate slip friction. As rotation torque difference between the inner plate 235 and the outer plate 236 increases to exceed friction resistance of the torque roller 233, the inner plate 235 and the outer plate 236 slide to the torque roller 233 to disconnect transmission power. The torque limiter is characterised in that an oil hole 243 is provided in the torque limiter to move oil toward the torque roller 233 by centrifugal force generated by rotation of the transmission shaft 125, and the torque roller 233 is thus forcedly lubricated by centrifugal force.
