PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumping gate anchoring device for a lorry of such a structure that its hook for anchoring the gate of a dumping rear body is moved interlockingly by a link mechanism, capable of simplifying the structure, absorbing the bite-in interlocking even when any foreign matter is bitten in, and constructing the rear body unlikely to be bulky. SOLUTION: The dumping gate anchoring device of the lorry is furnished with a hook actuator 4 made of a spring material and capable of anchoring the gate hook 2 at the forefront of to a closing gate 3 of the dumping rear body 1 upon receiving a downward contacting pressure of the rear body 1.
