PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet type memo-holder which is free from a magnet loss due to a thickness of a paper sheet or its number of sheets, can always obtain a stable holding force and allows the paper piece to be held and removed easily by one hand. SOLUTION: The magnet type memo holder 1 has at least two magnetic attractive parts 2 each containing a magnet 21. A bridge part 3 of an appropriate length comprising a rubber elastic body is bridged between the magnetic attractive parts 2, and the bridge part 3 is formed so as to collide elastically against an attraction surface S. When a paper piece P is inserted between the bridge part 3 and the attraction surface S, the paper piece P is held by a pressing force caused by elastic deformation of the bridge part 3.
