PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a transfer method for a fine surface C, which prevents a paint from protruding, enables automatization and enables decorating without the use of a masking tape, so as to allow stable transfer to a fine wood powder resin part with a width of 0.5-5.0 mm and obtain adhesiveness after the transfer. SOLUTION: A polyester-urethane based adhesive, wherein a polyester polyol and an isocyanate are compounded, is applied as an adhesive line and dried so that a transfer sheet can be prepared in a state wherein a sense of tackiness remains. In terms of a base material, the surface C is cut at the end of the wood powder resin part which is composed of the wood powder and a polypropylene resin, and corona discharge treatment is applied so that the base material can be made. The pressing of a rubber roll makes a pattern transferred under pressure to the surface C of the base material by using the transfer sheet, so that the pattern can be transferred only to the surface C to which the decorating is desired to be applied.
