PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary hair brush for preventing hair from being entangled with brush bristle. SOLUTION: An opening 3a of an air blow hole 3 is arranged on the peripheral surface of a rotary brush part 5 to be rotated with respect to a handle part 1. Air is blown from the opening 3a on the peripheral surface while rotating the rotary brush part 5. Then hair is brushed by dispersing the hair with air, and then hair is prevented from being entangled with brush bristle. A plurality of electrodes are arranged on the peripheral surface of the rotary brush part so as to be separated in the rotary direction of the rotary brush part, so as to provide the pulse massage of a scalp, etc., simultaneously with brushing. When the hair is electrostatically charged, the static electricity is discharged through the electrodes 9, so as to effectively prevent the entangling of hair with the brush bristle.
