<p>A scintillator panel laminate is formed by laminating a plurality of panels (1, 2, 3, 4) having scintillator layers (1b, 2b, 3b, 4b) deposited on crystal growth substrates (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) by vapor phase growth. The substrates (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) are each a translucent substrate allowing at least part of the light in a wavelength region, which the corresponding scintillator (1b, 2b, 3b, 4b) emits when excited by incident radiation, to pass therethrough.</p> |
