The invention relates to building, in particular to coating structures used for sports and children's play areas, footpaths, pedestrian ways etc. Said invention makes it possible to improve the physical properties of a coating, level a base irregularities and to simplify the coating production process. The inventive coating is embodied such that it is multi-layer. The lower layer associated to the base is made of a polymer material or construction fabrics. The middle layer is embodied in the form of a rubber crumb whose fraction ranges from 1.0 to 100.0 mm. A top layer is made of a polymer material or a filled polymer and arranged on said rubber crumb. A filler is embodied in the form a rubber crumb whose fraction ranges from 5.0 to 50.0 mm. The thickness of the top layer ranges from 1.0 to 70.0 mm.
