PURPOSE: NS3 protease inhibitors for the treatment of hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection are provided. The NS3 protease inhibitors have improved inhibiting effect on the activity of NS3 protease which supplies nutrition to HCV, so that it can effectively treat hepatitis C virus infection. CONSTITUTION: The compound of the formula(1), esters, racemics, partial stereoisomers and optical isomers thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts are provided, wherein R1 is hydrogen or vinyl; R2 is hydrogen, methoxy and/or phenyl substituted C6-C13 aryl or C6-C13 heteroaryl; R3 is hydrogen or methyl; R4 is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C3 arylalkyl; R5 is hydrogen or methyl, or R4 and R5 form 5- or 6-membered ring together; and R6 is selected from A=O, A-NH=O, A-NH=S and A-SOO, wherein A is C1-C10 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, C6 aryl, C5-C14 heteroaryl, or C1-C10 alkyl, C6 aryl or C6 arylalkyl which is optionally substituted with halogen, C1-C3 alkyl, methoxy, phenyl, cyano, nitro, carbonyl, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl or thiol.
